The Regional Arts Commission Fellowship Awards Reach $1 Million After 5th Round

In 2013, The Regional Arts Commission of St. Louis (RAC) began awarding $20,000 to 10 artist fellows.

The goal of these grants was to help local artists buy materials, studio space, or aid these passionate artists in any way to help them to focus on making art and supporting the vibrancy of the entire St. Louis arts community.

We are thrilled to announce that we have reached a massive milestone with our fifth round of grants, bringing the total to $1 million granted to artists in the St. Louis community! A panel of professionals, community members and RAC officials chose the ten 2018 recipients from 176 applications.
